About the role
RAFA Housing Ltd is a registered provider of social housing providing independent living for people aged over 60 who have served in the RAF (as well as their spouses). Stanmore House in Storrington is situated on the edge of the gorgeous South Downs National Park and is made up of 33 self-contained flats along with additional facilities to enable our tenants to enjoy an independent lifestyle. The Independent Living Manager (ILM) will work closely with the Head of Community Support to oversee the provision of an effective and personalised housing management service to our tenants by overseeing all repairs and maintenance programmes along with complying with our housing policies and legislative requirements. As well as tenancy and estate management you will actively support and promote independent living including social, financial and digital independence. With a background in a similar role, you will be confident in contributing towards the development and review of our housing initiatives and policies.
