About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, CeMAP-qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our growing independent, directly authorised financial services firm. Key Responsibilities

Handle all incoming mortgage enquiries (no lead generation required). Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice. Manage applications from initial enquiry through to completion. Keep up to date with lender criteria, market changes, and regulatory requirements. Ensure high-quality client documentation and full FCA compliance. Manage your own pipeline confidently, with support available when needed. Manage emails, client communication, and appointment scheduling. Support the business with documentation, reporting, and file management as required. Assist with internal processes to help maintain efficiency and client service standards. Contribute positively to a collaborative, professional, and supportive team culture.

What we're looking for

CeMAP-qualified with at least 1 year of experience as a Mortgage Adviser. Confident handling mortgage applications through to completion. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Competent with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
