About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Mortgage Adviser

to join our growing team, specialising in supporting

corporate clients

with a range of residential and light commercial mortgage requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident adviser who is comfortable working with business leaders, company directors, and professional clients with complex income structures.

Key Responsibilities

Provide tailored mortgage advice to corporate client employees, including company directors, contractors, and high-net-worth individuals. Manage a varied caseload of residential and some commercial mortgage applications. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and introducers. Assess client affordability, analyse financial documents, and recommend suitable lending solutions. Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing. Stay up to date with lending criteria, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA guidelines.

About You

CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified - essential. Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser. Strong understanding of residential mortgage products; familiarity with commercial lending is desirable. Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage complex cases. Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding client service.

Your responsibilities

Assess clients' financial situations and determine suitable mortgage options Provide clear, professional advice on mortgage products, interest rates, and repayment plans Assist clients with completing application forms accurately and efficiently Liaise with lenders and other financial institutions to secure mortgage approvals Keep up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and new mortgage products Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and transactions Support clients throughout the entire mortgage process, from initial enquiry to completion Promote additional financial services where appropriate to enhance client satisfaction
