We are currently recruiting for a full time Independent Nurse Prescriber. We are offering an enhanced incentive and retention package comprised of:

A 2,000 payment upon joining.
An additional payment of 2,000 after 6 months in post.

We understand that whether you're coming from community practice or a higher-paid pharmacy role, transitioning to inpatient practice represents a significant change.

The Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled
Independent Nurse Prescriber to join our Drug and Alcohol Detox Unit.

In this vital role, you will:
- Assess, diagnose, and prescribe for individuals undergoing detox.
- Deliver safe, evidence-based care in line with best practice.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to support recovery.
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure care is trauma-informed, person-centred, and responsive to individual needs.

About You

You will be a Registered Nurse with V300 prescribing qualification and have:
- Experience in addiction, detox, mental health, or related services.
- Sound knowledge of clinical governance and safe prescribing practice.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
- A commitment to compassionate, recovery-focused care.
