We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Assess and monitor patients' health status by performing physical examinations and obtaining medical histories. Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing care.

Experience

Proven experience in a nursing role is preferred, with a strong emphasis on patient care. Solid knowledge of anatomy is essential for effective assessment and treatment of patients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanour in challenging situations. A valid nursing qualification and registration with the relevant professional body are required.
