Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Support chefs and kitchen staff in catering events and daily restaurant operations. Help with serving dishes during meal times, ensuring presentation meets quality standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations. Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting any shortages or issues.

Skills

Previous experience in a catering or restaurant environment is highly desirable. Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation techniques. Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards is essential. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy kitchen setting.
