About the Role:

Connect to Work aim to support individuals with disabilities, mental health and complex conditions support to find and sustain paid employment. This is an opportunity for a people focused individual who is passionate about supporting people with disabilities into employment to work and be one of our first Employment Specialists in Working Denbighshire.

The postholder will be required to manage a caseload of clients wanting to work and innovatively match their requirements to the needs of existing and new employer opportunities. The Connect to Work Programme as part of UK Governments Get Britain Working reforms.
