Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting and must be able to demonstrate significant experience in carrying out EICR's in industrial & commercial environments. Experience of using certification software e.g EasyCert/ Fast Test would be beneficial but training can be provided.. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, fault finding skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Ideal candidate to be based within 15 miles of Larbert FK5.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in compliance with safety regulations and standards. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostics to identify faults in machinery and equipment. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and repairs. Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and safely. Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections performed. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on-site.

Requirements

SJIB Graded Approved Electrician (Preferred)/ Electrician. Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role within an industrial environment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with health and safety regulations pertaining to electrical work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and management.
