Salary: 30,000 to 55,000 (depending on qualification status / experience)
Location: Macclesfield
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of industrial disease claims, including (but not limited to) noise-induced hearing loss, hand-arm vibration syndrome, asbestos-related disease, and respiratory claims.
• Conducting matters from instruction through to settlement or trial, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to counsel or experts.
• Undertaking detailed liability and quantum investigations, gathering evidence to support the claim.
• Engaging in negotiations and alternative dispute resolution to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Managing interactions with medical experts, counsel, insurers, and defendants' representatives.
• Ensuring compliance with the firm's case management procedures, SRA regulations, and all relevant protocols.
• Maintaining high standards of client communication, providing clear and empathetic advice throughout the litigation process.
