Job Description

M&S Law are looking for an experienced Industrial Disease Solicitor or newly qualified solicitor looking to retrain to join our expanding team.

The successful candidate should be able to provide a high level of support and guidance to the team.

A proven track record of handling complex cases is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

managing a caseload of industrial disease claims.

Collate documentation and supporting evidence.

Civil Litigation

Possible team leadership role to supervise and mentor within a fast paced team environment.

Ability to work well with colleagues, the leadership team and other stakeholders whilst providing and maintaining excellent levels of service.

Contribute to the effective development and growth of the department.

Supervise and mentor junior members of the Industrial Disease team.

Qualifications

Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
