Senior Industrial / Plant Engineer

Role Purpose:

Support the Industrial Engineering team in optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with technical standards. Contribute to plant performance, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Improve production systems and support I4.0 initiatives Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements Support engineering process changes and innovation projects Collaborate with teams to resolve operational issues Ensure compliance with IATF standards and safety policies Contribute to quality audits, 5S, and training initiatives

Key Requirements:

Strong mechanical or electrical engineering background Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with 2D/3D design and engineering data analysis Hands-on mindset and drive for continuous improvement * NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent
