Industrial Gas Delivery Driver & Warehouse Operative

Location: Hadleigh, Ipswich

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Employment Type: Full-Time (Split Role)

We are currently seeking a dependable and professional individual to join our team at the Hadleigh depot. This is a dual-function role, combining delivery and warehouse responsibilities, offering variety and the opportunity to develop a broad skill set within our operations.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Delivery Operations (3 Days per Week):

Transporting industrial gas cylinders to commercial and industrial clients

Ensuring all deliveries are conducted safely and in accordance with company procedures

Maintaining accurate delivery records and providing a high standard of customer service

Warehouse Operations (2 Days per Week):

Assisting with the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods

Performing general warehouse duties including stock control and equipment checks

Supporting the logistics team to ensure efficient depot operations

Candidate Requirements:

Possession of a full UK driving licence (HGV/LGV licence advantageous but not essential)

Previous experience in delivery driving and/or warehouse operations preferred

Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks

Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety standards

Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
