Surveyor / Senior Surveyor - Property Management (Industrial & Logistics Portfolio)

London-based real estate investment and development platform


We are seeking a motivated and proactive Newly Qualified - Senior Surveyor Commercial

Property Manager

to join a growing real estate investment and advisory platform. The role focuses on the day-to-day management of a diverse UK industrial and logistics portfolio, with exposure to asset management initiatives such as refurbishments, leasing and acquisitions/disposals.


This is a hands-on position that requires strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, contractors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day property operations of an industrial and logistics portfolio. Prepare and oversee service charge budgets. Monitor lease compliance, rent collection, and tenant engagement. Coordinate refurbishments, fit-outs and maintenance programmes. Carry out site visits, inspections and contractor oversight. Support asset management projects, including leasing, acquisitions, disposals and refurbishment strategies. Contribute to broader portfolio strategy and performance reviews.

About You:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial property management. Ideally MRICS-qualified (or working towards). Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, hands-on approach. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Confident using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
