We are seeking an experienced

Industrial Roof Surveyor

to join our growing team in Scotland. This is a

customer-facing position

suited to a professional with strong technical knowledge of industrial roofing systems and a desire to work within a progressive and supportive company.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Carrying out detailed roof surveys and inspections Creating and reviewing practical weathering and roof detailing solutions Producing sketch drawings and survey documentation using an iPad and computer Delivering clear and concise technical handovers to construction teams Communicating professionally with clients and providing commercially sound recommendations

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience in industrial roofing and detailing Strong commercial awareness and practical problem-solving skills Confidence using digital tools, including iPads and computers An organised and proactive approach to managing workload Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service The ability to represent the company in a professional, client-facing capacity

Essential Qualifications and Certifications:

Current IPAF licence Full UK driving licence Valid CSCS card Additional relevant certifications
