Job Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic

Industrial Services Business Development Manager

for the Yorkshire region from the Hull Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and managing all technical planning for the jobs to ensure work is carried out safely and to customer specifications.

The role is full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Key Skills and Experience Required

Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales/business development within the Industrial services / Hard to handle waste sector
*A full driving licence

A high level of communication, negotiating and IT skills.
*A working knowledge of relevant legislation and market trends as well as knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001

*Excellent customer service skills and is proactive and self-motivated

*Work under strict deadlines and pressures but also someone who can lead by example.

*NEBOSH or IOSH certification would be highly desirable.

The Role involves

Developing sales plans for the commercial growth of the business
Growing existing accounts whilst creating new sales leads and generating new business sales in line with agreed profit margins.
Customer Relationship Management , grow the business and actively monitor competitors.
Produce monthly reports.
