Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Sewing Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sewing and an eye for detail, capable of producing high-quality pollution prevention products. This role requires proficiency in various sewing techniques and the ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Operate sewing machines and other equipment to sew fabric and materials together according to specifications. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring all items meet company standards. Maintain an organised workspace, keeping tools and materials in order. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency. Follow safety protocols while working with machinery and handling materials.

Experience

Proven experience as a Sewing Machinist or in a similar role is preferred. Strong sewing skills with knowledge of various fabrics and techniques. Experience working in a warehouse or production environment is advantageous. Ability to read patterns and understand garment construction is essential. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
