We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machining equipment to produce high-quality components. Responsibilities

Operate a range of machining tools and equipment to produce parts according to specifications Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders accurately Set up machines, adjust settings, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation Inspect finished products for quality, dimensions, and defects, making adjustments as necessary Maintain a clean and organised workspace in compliance with health and safety standards Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality targets Document production activities and report any issues or irregularities promptly

Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is desirable Sewing experience is considered an advantage, demonstrating manual dexterity and attention to detail Basic understanding of mechanical systems and machinery operation Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving manufacturing processes
