Location:

Hours:

38 hours per week, Monday-Friday (early finish Fridays)

Pay:

13.50 - 15.50 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role



We're looking for a

dependable and safety-focused Industrial Spray Painter

to join our production team. You'll work in a clean, organised environment with a

dedicated Paint Mixing Room

,

Pre-Paint Area

, and a

dry filter spray booth with full extraction

.

While prior experience is beneficial, we're equally happy to train a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in their work and follows procedures carefully.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare, mask, and clean components ready for coating Mix and apply multi-coat paint systems in line with

ISO 12944 corrosion protection standards

Operate the

dry filter spray booth

safely and maintain correct airflow and filter condition Maintain compliance with our management systems:

ISO 45001 (Health & Safety)

,

ISO 14001 (Environmental)

, and

ISO 9001 (Quality)

Follow all

COSHH

,

PPE

, and

RPE

requirements -- full PPE and air-fed respirators are provided Carry out quality checks for film thickness, coverage, and finish. Completing Paint Reports for customer records. Keep accurate paint batch, inspection, and maintenance records Report any defects, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately Maintain high housekeeping standards within all paint areas

What We're Looking For



Punctual, reliable, and conscientious

, with a proactive attitude Takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality work Understands the importance of safety, cleanliness, and process control Capable of working independently once trained and following set procedures but also working as part of a close knit team where communication is paramount. Prior industrial or automotive spraying experience is advantageous, but

full training will be provided
