Industrial Supervisor
to join our team atSizewell B
. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic industrial environment where no two days are the same.What You'll Be Responsible For:
Leading a team of 30, including FLT Drivers, Industrial Operatives, Gardeners, and Chargehands Conducting risk assessments (RAMS) Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations Overseeing industrial cleaning tasks across the site, including pumps, tanks, pressure washing, and general site cleanliness
What We're Looking For:
Experience managing teams in an industrial or similar setting Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards Confident stakeholder management Industrial cleaning experience Ability to write clear, comprehensive risk assessments
