We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of tyres on various vehicles, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.

Duties

Perform tyre installations and replacements on a variety of vehicles, and forklifts. Conduct thorough inspections of tyres to identify wear and damage. Repair punctures and other tyre-related issues using appropriate techniques and tools. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Ensure all work areas are clean, organised, and safe for both staff and customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding tyre maintenance and care. Assist in the general maintenance of workshop equipment and tools.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot tyre-related issues effectively. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Experience in maintenance tasks related to vehicle servicing is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients. The ability to work on your own. Full UK driving lic essentia. Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during tyre installations and repairs.
