Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mainly carrying out EICR's in Industrial and Commercial Environments. You must have experience of using reporting software such as EasyCert, Icertify, Amtech etc. You must be computer literate and be able to use Excel/ Word etc too. Whilst mainly carrying out EICR's you will also need to carry out installations and small works as required. This role requires a thorough understanding of electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. The successful applicant will contribute to ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and machinery in compliance with safety regulations. Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform necessary repairs to minimise downtime. Conduct EICR's of non domestic properties using reporting software. Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working on-site. Assist in the training of junior electricians or apprentices as required.

Experience

Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role within an industrial setting. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and regulations. Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
