Job Description
Satys Air Livery UK Ltd, part of the Satys Group, is an established aircraft refinishing company, with operations across the UK and overseas.
At our Southend Airport facility, we require a cleaner to work as part of our team.
You must either have previous experience of cleaning in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Duties will include all aspects of hangar cleaning, including the removal of all hangar waste materials e.g. paper, plastic etc. into appropriate skips/waste containers, sweeping and cleaning of hangar floor within paint shop. Also cleaning of office, break room, locker room and toilets including cleaning floors , desks and emptying bins on a regular basis,
You need to be flexible in working hours to meet the aircraft production schedule.
Normal hours of work are 7.00 am to 4.00 pm. You will be employed on a zero hour contract, and the hours offered depend on workload. This position offered at 13.50 per hour.
If you work overtime (more than 9 hours in any day) you will receive a premium of 20% of your normal hourly rate per hour. An additional 25% on the basic hourly rate is applicable for any hours worked on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday.
