Join us as our Industry Sales Manager, Monogastric, West Europe Animal Biosolutions
In this pivotal role, you will set the strategic direction for a team of Key Account and Account Managers, empowering them to succeed while fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and customer focus. Youll also build and maintain relationships with high-value customers across the regionxe2x80x94ensuring we deliver impactful feed enzyme and probiotic solutions that support health, performance, and sustainability in animal nutrition. Your leadership will be critical in aligning team efforts with regional goals and achieving commercial success.

Novonesis has announced the acquisition of dsm-firmenichs share of the Feed Enzyme Alliance (pending regulatory approvals; closing expected in 2025). Through the combination of DSMf and Novonesis capabilities we will have a greater customer reach and a broader offering of market leading biosolutions, combining enzymes and probiotics, for both animal nutrition and health
In this role youll make an impact by:
Delivering assigned business targets related to revenue, margin, profit, and cost.
Leading, coaching, and inspiring the sales team by setting clear expectations, fostering development, and building a high-performance sales culture.
Maintaining direct relationships with selected high-impact key accounts to stay connected to market needs and demonstrate excellent customer partnerships.
Translating global and regional sales strategies into actionable territory and account plans aligned with business priorities.
Partnering with regional technical service, marketing, and central global functions to ensure customer success.
Owning the sales forecast and opportunity pipeline for the territory and team, ensuring accurate tracking, planning, and communication with senior stakeholders.
Potentially relevant experience:
A degree in agriculture, biology, veterinary sciences, or a related field.
Extensive experience in sales management, including leading and developing high-performing teams, within animal nutrition
Proven ability to develop key accounts and manage senior stakeholder relationships effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated skills in driving revenue growth, commercial strategy execution, and effective forecasting.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
