Our infant feeding service is well established and we have built up a proud reputation for quality and excellence thanks to the hard work and dedication of our staff.



The Hertsmere Public Health Nursing Team 0-5 Team has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Band 3 (22.5 hrs/week) Infant Feeding Support Worker to join us. The post holder must have excellent communication skills and demonstrate collaborative working.



We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our friendly, supportive team. You will be working alongside our Public Health Nurses and HCT Infant Feeding Co-ordinators to maintain our BFI accreditation.

The successful candidate will:



Under the direction of the Public Health Nurse deliver a planned intervention of information, advice and support for infant feeding.

In addition to the basic salary, this post attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a minimum payment of 1,192 and a maximum payment of 1,845 per annum (pro rata where applicable).
