Influencer & Community Coordinator

to help us grow our influencer partnerships and keep our community buzzing.

The Role

We're looking for someone organised, social-media savvy, and proactive to manage our influencer outreach and relationships. You'll be the go-to person making sure our influencers are:

Discovered Onboarded smoothly Sent their PR packages Tracked for posts + performance Celebrated for great work
This is a part-time role (perfect for someone who already loves TikTok/Instagram culture) with potential to grow as Liliosa expands.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a

master list of influencers

(TikTok & Instagram).

Outreach

to new creators, send initial collab messages, and follow up. Manage contracts and guidelines for new collabs. Coordinate

PR package prep & shipping

each month.

Track influencer content

: log posts, views, engagement, and sales from codes. Keep a

UGC content library

for reposting and campaigns. Engage with influencer posts (likes, comments, reposts). Prepare a

monthly performance report

(top performers, ROI, recommendations). Recommend upgrades/downgrades to influencer tiers (A/B/C/D).
What We're Looking For

Strong knowledge of TikTok & Instagram trends. Excellent organisation & communication skills. Confident writing DMs/emails (friendly, on-brand). Comfortable with spreadsheets / Airtable / Trello (we'll train you on our system). Reliable and proactive -- you chase things up without being asked. Passion for fashion, lingerie, or lifestyle brands is a bonus.
Weekly Commitment

Daily:

Quick check (30-45 mins) to log posts + engage.

Weekly:

Outreach, PR tracking, follow-ups (approx. 1.5-2 hrs).

Monthly:

Campaign reporting & influencer review (approx. 3-4 hrs). Total: 8-10 hrs/week.
