The

Influencer Community Manager

will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with influencers, content creators, brand advocates, and online communities. This role will play a key part in increasing brand visibility, creating authentic engagements, and fostering a loyal digital community aligned with the luxury lifestyle and values of our hotel brand.



Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:


Influencer Management




Identify, vet, and engage with luxury, travel, and lifestyle influencers that align with our brand values and aesthetics. Negotiate and manage influencer collaborations, including stays, experiences, and branded content. Develop and maintain a robust influencer database and outreach calendar. Work with the PR team to create wonderful moments for influencers to experience the world of Maybourne Measure performance of influencer campaigns (engagement, reach, ROI) and report insights to the marketing team


Community Engagement


Act as the voice of the brand on social media platforms and online communities, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms. Monitor conversations, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate meaningful dialogue with guests and followers. Engage with brand ambassadors, past guests, and fans to nurture brand loyalty and repeat visitation. Proactively identify and activate brand advocates within our community.


Content Collaboration


Work closely with the content and social media team to co-create and curate influencer-generated content for brand channels. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure influencer content meets brand guidelines and reflects our luxury positioning. Leverage UGC (user-generated content) and guest testimonials to enrich digital storytelling.

Successful candidates for our

Influencer and Community Manager

opportunity will have:


3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or community engagement, preferably in the luxury, travel, or hospitality sector. Strong network and understanding of global luxury influencers and digital creators. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools (e.g., Later, Sprout, CreatorIQ). High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of luxury brand tone and visual identity. Fluent in English; additional languages (especially French, Spanish, Arabic, or Mandarin) are a plus.
