We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Executive (German-speaking) to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing influencer campaigns tailored to the DACH region, building strong relationships with content creators, and helping to grow brand awareness and engagement across key social platforms.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis--ensuring our brand message resonates with German-speaking audiences.
About the Role
The influencer marketing team is the growth engine of Protein Works and works at the intersection of influencer marketing and partnerships. The team is responsible for discovering and managing talent of all sizes and across all platforms to drive traffic, awareness and sales through campaign activations.
What You'll Be Doing
Influencer Identification - Conduct research to identify potential influencers who align with the brand's values, target audience, and marketing objectives. Utilise social media listening tools and platforms to track industry trends and discover emerging influencers.
Influencer Support - Manage a small roster of existing talent and support across bookings for the wider roster of talent.
Outreach and Relationship Building - Establish and maintain positive relationships with influencers through effective communication and collaboration. Negotiate terms and contracts with influencers, including compensation, deliverables, and timelines.
Content Creation Guidance - Provide guidance and direction to influencers on content creation, ensuring it aligns with the brand's image and messaging. Monitor content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal regulations.
Stay Abreast of Industry Trends - Keep up to date with industry trends, social media platform updates, and influencer marketing best practices. Apply this knowledge to continuously improve influencer marketing strategies.
Compliance and Legal Awareness - Ensure that all influencer partnerships adhere to legal guidelines, disclosure requirements, and advertising regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
Candidate Requirements:
Must be fluent in German (both written and spoken)
Preferably degree qualified within a Marketing discipline, Modern Languages or related field
Interest in beauty and influencer marketing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexible and eager to learn
Previous experience in influencer marketing is a plus
