We are nDreams, one of the world\'s leading developers/publishers focused on VR games. As our team and portfolio of titles expands, we are on the search for an Influencer Manager - a new role at the heart of our growing publishing team. The successful applicant will lead influencer strategies and campaigns across our portfolio of titles and will seek to build meaningful relationships with key VR influencers. Influencer Marketing

  • Lead on the influencer strategy and activity across all game campaigns, handling every aspect from development to execution.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Manager, Brand team and Senior Community Manager to ensure that influencer activity aligns with the wider marketing campaign.
  • Liaise with influencers to understand their content and ensure influencer activities are optimised to suit their channels.
  • Be the main point of contact for any influencer enquiries and handle all influencer outreach.
  • Identify new and emerging influencers to work with, providing them with opportunities to engage with nDreams and our games with a long-term view to supporting their success
  • Set KPIs on each campaign and produce timely reports on influencer campaign performance, using those learnings and data insights to optimise future campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing and regularly feed these back to the Communications team.
Relationship Building
  • Build meaningful relationships with key influencers and ensure they have regular access to nDreams and our games.
  • Organise regular meetups with both UK and overseas influencers separately to ongoing game campaign activity.
  • Be a visible presence at industry events, using them as a basis to maintain relationships with established influencers and an opportunity to meet with new and emerging influencers.
  • Find new ways to engage with key influencers and immerse them in our work.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the influencer landscape and social media platforms as well as current and emerging trends within influencer marketing.
  • Previous experience of influencer management not required although would be beneficial.
  • Professional experience of working in PR, community management, social media management or business development, experience of being a spokesperson, of video production, and/or streaming would be desirable.
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to look beyond the day-to-day and see the bigger picture.
  • Proactive and driven, with the desire to shape this role around the ever-changing influencer landscape in the mid-long term.
  • A problem-solver and creative thinker who can find fresh approaches to each campaign.
  • Experience of working in the games industry or working with video game influencers would be desirable.
  • Proven track record of relationship management would be beneficial.
  • Commercial awareness, knowledge and passion for video games and the video game industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, inquisitive and analytical. Willing to evaluate and iterate plans based on data, insights and learning, even if it means going against the status quo.
  • Experience collaborating with individuals and teams of different backgrounds, seniorities, and viewpoints.

This is a permanent, full time role. Salary is competitive and dependent on your experience.
