Creating content thatxe2x80x99s engaging, watchable, shareable, and full of our personality.The development and execution of an influencer strategy is a key element of the marketing mix xe2x80x93 with consumers increasingly influenced by the content they view on creator accounts on social platforms like Instagram and TikTok, we need to harness that endorsement (albeit paid for) to help build consideration and reappraisal of the Dunelm brand, reaching new customers who are followers of the influencers with whom we choose to work.To develop and manage Dunelmxe2x80x99s influencer strategy within budget, creating a programme that hits target KPIs in terms of reach and engagement rate, working with creators that reflect/engage our target customer profiles, delivering content that offers either practical help or inspiration. Creator content to be utilised across Dunelm owned channels where possible and appropriate.What you'll be doingAre you ready to bring your creativity and passion to our influencer strategy at Dunelm? Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Craft the Strategy: Develop our overarching influencer strategy, keeping up with evolving commercial priorities.
  • Write Brilliant Briefs: Create clear and commercially relevant briefs, ensuring the outputs meet expectations.
  • Manage Partnerships: Handle all elements of influencer partnerships from start to finish xe2x80x93 prospecting, contracting, execution, and review.
  • Collaborate Internally: Build strong relationships within the team to ensure creator content is spot-on and maximise its use across other channels like CRM, SEO, Social, and Paid Marketing.
  • Cross-Channel Magic: Work closely with the social and paid teams to ensure content is maximised through collaborative efforts and additional outputs to support marketing channels.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep an eye on the influencer space to stay ahead of new algorithms, influential creators, and emerging themes/trends. Immerse yourself in content and brainstorm monthly to action trends and share insights within marketing.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with key creators and their agents to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Plan Fun Events: Generate, plan, and execute ideas for events, activities, and relationship-building relevant to our brand calendar through your influencer community.
  • Champion Diversity: Embed diversity and inclusion into our annual programme to ensure representation of minority groups, including ethnicity, gender, and disability.
  • Maximise Visibility: Work with influencer representatives at key social media platforms to ensure Dunelm gets the best possible visibility.
  • Manage Gifting: Handle gifting requests appropriately, based on value and ROI.
  • Track Results: Measure all results against agreed benchmarks and track them monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly to demonstrate the value of influencer marketing.
  • Distribute Products: Manage the distribution of influencer products for content creation, keeping track of all samples and ensuring spend is within budget.
  • Monitor Performance: Create tracked links and monitor traffic and sales from posts.
  • Collaborate with Our Agency: Manage our influencer agency partner to ensure effective collaboration, positive working relationships, and top-notch service and output for our investment.
