We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Executive who has a wealth of knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. The ideal candidate would be someone who is confident planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.

The Person

creative and motivated Influencer Outreach Intern

to join our fast-growing team.
This internship is ideal for someone who relates to our core demographic, and has a keen eye for what's trending in the world of jewellery, fashion, and social platforms.

Your role will be focused exclusively on

building and nurturing our influencer programme

, supporting Dylan Oaks' growing presence in the digital space through meaningful partnerships with content creators.

What You'll Be Doing

Actively source, research, and reach out to influencers who align with the Dylan Oaks brand. Build, manage and maintain strong relationships with micro and macro influencers. Help create structured outreach lists based on campaign objectives. Coordinate gifting initiatives and ensure timely product send-outs. Support the marketing team in planning influencer campaigns by providing creative and strategic input. Assist in monitoring influencer content, collecting performance metrics, and reporting campaign insights. Engage daily with influencer content across Instagram and TikTok to foster authentic connections. Stay ahead of social trends, aesthetic shifts, and rising creators within our niche.

What We're Looking For

A love for social media and influencers - you probably have a FYP full of aesthetic content and micro-creators. Confident communication and relationship-building skills. Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A creative thinker who's not afraid to suggest new ideas or experiment with new outreach approaches.
