Based in our Brighton office, this role reports to the UK Senior Marketing Manager and plays a pivotal part in the delivery of MPB's UK marketing strategy.


You will play a

lead role in shaping and executing MPB's influencer marketing strategy in the UK,

owning this channel end-to-end as a core focus of the role. While contributing to broader marketing efforts, you'll be the go-to expert for building high-impact creator partnerships, managing campaigns from concept to performance analysis, and ensuring influencer activity is fully integrated into the wider marketing mix.


You'll bring strong organisational skills, a strategic mindset, influencer marketing experience, and confidence working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:



Strategise and lead the UK's influencer marketing activity

- including campaign planning, briefing creators, managing deliverables, and ensuring consistency with MPB's goals.



Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with influencers

who authentically align with our brand values and messaging, ensuring impactful and relevant collaborations.



Manage influencer relationships

--from initial outreach and negotiations to ongoing contract management, ensuring clear communication and alignment with campaign objectives.

Review and approve influencer content,

ensuring it meets the brief, represents the MPB brand accurately, and complies with UK regulations and platform policies.



Analyse influencer campaign performance,

delivering insights, detailed reporting, and actionable recommendations to optimise future influencer marketing strategies.

Monitor and incorporate industry trends,

best practices, and platform updates into influencer marketing strategies to ensure continuous improvement and relevance.

Support the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and focus projects that deliver against the UK Marketing Strategy

- for example, content partnerships with publications and visibility opportunities in external CRM communications.

Own the end-to-end delivery

of marketing initiatives - from planning and stakeholder management through to execution, internal coordination, and reporting.

What we're looking for:



Proven experience working on end-to-end influencer campaigns Strong understanding of influencer marketing and strategy across social platforms Strong project management skills -- highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple workstreams Clear, confident communicator -- comfortable managing both external partners and cross-functional teams. Excellent copywriting and written communication skills. Proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of ownership. Comfortable analysing performance results and presenting actionable insights

Nice to Have



Knowledgeable about the photography industry, has an interest in photography influencers & content. Experience with 'Monday.com' & 'Tableau' Possesses in depth knowledge about photography & camera kit
