SACHEU is seeking an experienced and strategic Influencer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at a time of exciting growth for the company. SACHEU is one of the most-trending and fastest-growing beauty brands in the market with a mission to redefine makeup for generations to come. This role will manage our influencer marketing and outreach strategy, drive creator-led content creation, and build strong relationships with creators and key partners to accelerate brand growth across TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram, and beyond. The ideal candidate is a results-driven and passionate individual with a strong background in influencer/content marketing and a keen understanding of the beauty industry.
In this role you will develop and execute influencer campaigns designed to maximise ROI and deliver measurable business growth. This role is perfect for a leader with a strong sales and strategic mindset.
ABOUT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Influencer Strategy & Management
Own and run Sacheu's creator marketing
Define ideal creator and TikTok Shop affiliate profiles to target for outreach, aligning with brand goals and campaign needs.
Perform research and generate lists of new creators for outreach and seeding.
Lead creator outreach strategy and execute efficient creator recruitment directly
Foster strong relationships with key brand creators, ensuring loyalty and long-term partnerships
Cultivate relationships with the TikTok Corporate office team (merchant, marketing, and creator marketing teams) to unlock partnership opportunities.
Manage agencies efficiently, ensuring deliverables align with brand standards and KPIs.
Set clear KPIs for influencer campaigns, focusing on sales conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and return on investment (ROI).
You will be responsible for ensuring that quality content is always delivered from our influencer community.
Negotiate rates and commission structures tied to influencer sales performance.
Conduct regular reviews of influencer performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
Content Planning & Execution
Plan creator content creation calendars according to the marketing plan, platform trends, customer feedback, and product performance.
Plan creator activations and campaigns for sales, launches, retail initiatives, and events.
Create detailed briefs for various creator campaigns and ensure clarity of expectations.
Recruit creators for campaigns and manage the content plan for brand account posts.
3. Trend Monitoring & Insights
Monitor and identify new trends and viral moments for creators to integrate into posts for maximum impact.
Analyze customer feedback to identify new content ideas and inform creator briefs.
Contribute proactive ideas for marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and creator strategies that drive growth.
4. Reporting & Performance Analysis
Create and deliver monthly reports covering:
Outreach and recruitment efforts
Seeding programs and results
Videos posted and creator output
Reach, views, top-performing content
Audience growth (followers)
Revenue impact from creator campaigns
5. Core Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer management, or social media strategy within the beauty, skincare, or consumer lifestyle industry.
Deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, TikTok Shop affiliate structures, and creator-led commerce trends.
Proven track record of recruiting and managing creators to deliver content that drives measurable growth.
Strong analytical skills to translate content performance into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, creators, and agencies simultaneously.
Happy to work independently
Passion for the beauty/makeup industry and creating community-building, and inclusive storytelling.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with cross-functional collaboration
