We're looking for a commercially-minded and relationship-driven influencer marketing manager to scale our global creator programme into a major performance channel. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of our influencer strategy, transforming it from a brand-building exercise into a multi-million-pound revenue engine with a best-in-class approach to measurement and ROAS.
This is a unique opportunity to blend the art of creator partnerships with the science of performance marketing. You will have a significant budget and the creative freedom to build authentic, long-term relationships with top-tier talent, while being held to the same rigorous standards of performance and efficiency as our core paid channels.
This hybrid role is based three days per week in our London HQ.
