Influencer Marketing Manager
to lead our influencer strategy across multiple platforms and industries.
What You'll Do
As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our influencer ecosystem--managing thousands of creators across fashion, tech, lifestyle, wellness, and more. You'll:
Identify, vet, and shortlist influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Negotiate partnership packages and contracts that align with brand goals and budget
Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and optimize strategies for maximum impact
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, social, PR, product) to integrate influencer efforts into broader campaigns
Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and creator economy shifts to keep our brand at the forefront
Requirements
3+ years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships
Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of influencer pricing models
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, CreatorIQ, or similar
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Passion for digital culture and a pulse on what's trending
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and personalities with grace and precision
