We have a great opportunity! If you are passionate and excited about the world of social, and particularly influencers & content creators. The George Social & Influencer team are responsible for delivering engaging content across all of the social channels. This role plays a huge part to this by managing the creation of Influencer, affiliate and community content. By working with content creators that align to key business priorities, as well as developing an always on programme. Constantly creating new & authentic content for our channels. Elevating marketing campaigns with familiar faces, ensuring these have maximum impact for our customers & business.

You will work with the Social & Influencer Manager to develop Influencer & Talent Marketing campaigns and strategy to increase brand awareness, social engagement, follower growth and website traffic.

You will directly manage the Influencer agency, by briefing, reviewing and liaising on products and content. You will then share this with the wider social team to be used across the channels where relevant. As well as managing the talent part of the affiliate programme within AWIN. Constantly reviewing the social platforms for organic content creators to enrol into the affiliate programme & share their content create meaningful relationships.

You will hold excellent relationships within the wider business, working with teams such as Social, PR & Creative services including senior stakeholders (e.g. Director Level).

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive the George influencer programme across fashion and home
  • Align to key business priorities ensuring influencers are aligned to the brand and brief.
  • Continuously appraise the affiliates on the scheme as well as recruiting new ones and fostering the relationships
  • Daily checking the socials for key advocates of the brand and enrol them in our affiliate, content creator or influencer plans
  • Have a customer-first mindset.
  • Collaborate with in-house social media analyst to define KPI\'s, produce reports, highlighting trends and discussions for responsive social engagement.
  • Finding influencers to explore and connect with new communities, expanding brand and product awareness within untapped audiences.
  • Evaluate performance on an individual, monthly and campaign basis.
  • Work with third party licenses to provide key talent and influencers to support campaigns
  • Manage the influencer agency.
  • Work closely with the performance media team to drive the influencer affiliate programme forwards
  • Support in the delivery of the talent partnerships (I.E Stacey, Billie)
About You
  • Prior experience, working in a retail environment with a history in Influencer & Talent Marketing
  • An extensive working knowledge of the current Influencer & Talent Marketing industry including key talent and possessing a genuine interest in Influencer & Talent Marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube as well as supporting social channels and new and upcoming platforms.
