Job title: Infor M3 Solution Architect

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Infor M3 Solution Architect for a futuristic position to lead the design, integration, and optimization of Infor M3 ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will possess end-to-end knowledge of functional modules and advanced technical architecture within Infor M3 Cloud Suite, along with strong hands-on experience in integration platforms like Infor ION, M3 Business Engine, Mongoose, and Birst. This role requires a balance of business acumen, technical depth, and enterprise architecture expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the overall architecture and design of Infor M3 ERP solutions across key modules Architect integrated solutions leveraging: Infor CloudSuite and M3 Business Engine (BE), Infor ION, ION API Gateway, ION Grid, and OS Security Services Mongoose Framework for application extensions MAK (M3 Adaptation Kit) for tailored adaptations Provide thought leadership and technical oversight in the design and implementation of: Workflow automation via Infor OS and Ming.le Business intelligence using Infor M3 Analytics and Birst Secure, scalable architecture with Infor OS Security Services Work with stakeholders across functional and technical teams to ensure alignment of business requirements with system capabilities. Support deployment, migration, and integration strategies across on-premise and cloud-based environments. Define and enforce architectural governance and best practices for development and integration projects. Lead performance tuning, scalability analysis, and security compliance efforts across M3 components. Mentor functional and technical consultants and support pre-sales or proposal work as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in ERP implementation and solution architecture, with at least 5 years in Infor M3. Deep functional knowledge of M3 Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and Maintenance. Extensive experience with Infor CloudSuite, M3 BE, ION, OS, Ming.le, and Smart Office. Strong understanding of REST APIs, BOD architecture, and secure API management through ION API Gateway. Familiarity with Infor Analytics, including Birst and M3 Analytics platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and communicate with C-level stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and enterprise-wide solutioning capabilities. Infor certifications in M3 CloudSuite, ION, or Solution Architecture. Experience with global ERP rollouts in a multi-site, multi-entity environment. Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and security standards.
