Job Description

We are seeking a

seasoned Informatica Platform Architect

to lead the

design, implementation, and optimization

of enterprise-grade

data integration and master data management (MDM)

solutions. This role requires both

strategic architecture leadership

and

hands-on technical expertise

across Informatica's

Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)

suite -- including

Cloud Application Integration (CAI)

,

Cloud Data Integration (CDI)

, and

MDM

components.

You will play a pivotal role in defining the

enterprise data integration blueprint

, driving

cloud modernization

, and ensuring that solutions meet the highest standards of scalability, reliability, and governance.

Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Strategy



Define and drive the

end-to-end architecture

for Informatica IDMC solutions (CAI, CDI, and MDM). Develop

target-state and transitional architectures

aligned with enterprise data strategy and cloud-first principles. Lead

platform modernization and migration initiatives

, ensuring consistency with data governance and compliance frameworks. Evaluate new Informatica capabilities and guide

adoption of emerging technologies

to enhance the data ecosystem.

Integration & Orchestration



Design and implement

real-time and batch integrations

using Informatica CAI and CDI. Architect and optimize

data pipelines

(API-driven, FTP/SFTP, streaming) for performance, scalability, and fault tolerance. Develop

workflow orchestration

for approvals, error handling, and data stewardship leveraging CAI capabilities. Implement robust

error recovery and monitoring frameworks

for data pipelines.

Master Data Management



Configure and manage

multi-domain MDM solutions

(e.g., Customer360, Supplier360). Design and implement

match/merge rules

,

survivorship logic

, and

trust frameworks

to maintain data integrity. Define and operationalize

golden record

processes and stewardship models across systems. Integrate MDM with enterprise applications, ensuring

synchronized and governed master data

.

Governance & Data Quality



Enforce

RBAC

, compliance, and data governance policies across environments. Define and implement

data quality (DQ)

rules, profiling, and cleansing strategies. Support

metadata management

,

data lineage

, and

auditability

through Informatica and enterprise tools. Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure alignment with

enterprise data standards

and regulatory requirements.

Leadership & Collaboration



Serve as the

technical leader

for Informatica initiatives, mentoring engineers and integration developers. Collaborate with

business stakeholders

to translate functional requirements into scalable technical architectures. Lead

architecture reviews

,

proof-of-concepts

, and

performance tuning

initiatives. Partner with DevOps to manage

CI/CD pipelines

, environment configuration, and deployment automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications



6-10 years

of hands-on experience in the

Informatica ecosystem

(IDMC, MDM, CDI, CAI, DQ). Proven expertise in

CAI/CDI integration architecture

and

data pipeline design

. Deep understanding of

data modeling

,

metadata management

, and

integration patterns

(API-led, event-driven, ETL/ELT). Experience with

cloud and hybrid environments

, preferably AWS or Azure. Strong SQL/NoSQL database experience and familiarity with

messaging platforms

(Kafka, Azure Service Bus). Excellent

communication, documentation, and stakeholder management

skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to

balance architectural vision and execution detail

.

Preferred Qualifications



Informatica certifications

in MDM, IDMC, CAI/CDI. Experience working in

Agile/Scrum

environments. Background in

enterprise architecture, data strategy, or consulting

roles. Exposure to

data governance frameworks

(e.g., DAMA, DCAM) and

regulatory compliance

(GDPR, HIPAA).
