You will coordinate a dynamic programme of on- and off-site IAG activities, while overseeing the centralised customer enquiries function within the Information Unit.

You will also manage and support a team of Advisers, fostering their development and guiding them to deliver a responsive and professional service. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team where your leadership and expertise will make a real impact. You will have the chance to manage and develop a team of Advisers, shaping the delivery of high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance services for a diverse range of students, parents, and partners.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader who can inspire and support a team of Information Advisers to deliver an exceptional Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) service to a wide range of audiences. You will have proven experience in line management, supporting staff development, and guiding your team to meet and exceed targets. You will also be skilled in devising policies and procedures, analysing data, producing reports, evaluating impact, and making recommendations to continually improve services.

You will have experience working with a wide range of client groups, delivering comprehensive IAG, and organising engaging events and activities that leave a positive impact. Building strong relationships with colleagues and external partners will come naturally to you, and your background in student recruitment, IAG, or the education sector will allow you to hit the ground running.

Above all, you are someone who enjoys leading a team, collaborating across departments and with external partners, and making a real difference to our students' experiences and opportunities.
