Hours of work for this post are working 5 shorter days 8:30 to 3pm however this is flexible.

Our ideal candidate shares our mutual values and is passionate about working in partnership with tenants. For this role, you'll need to have experience of working in a customer service or public environment. You'll also need experience of using Microsoft applications as well as have having undertaken basic administration duties.

Is this for you?




As our new Information and Advice Assistant you'll be the first point of contact for members of the public and providers/organisation accessing the Calon Las Community Hub. You'll deal with enquires, co-ordinate room bookings and provide information/assistance, and signposting where necessary to support and services using a range of communication channels including telephone, face to face and electronic/digital, social media. You'll also be responsible for promoting services available in the Hub and around the surrounding Zone area.
