Tell Us North CIC delivers the Healthwatch Newcastle and Healthwatch Gateshead contracts, which work to ensure social care and health commissioners and providers listen to local communities to continuously improve services. Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for information and communication management? We\'re on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Information and Communications Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our organisation\'s digital presence! As our Information and Communications Officer, you will be the driving force behind our communications strategy. Your responsibilities will include: \xc2\xb7 Developing and implementing communication plans to enhance our organisation\'s visibility and engagement. \xc2\xb7 Managing and updating content on our website and social media platforms \xc2\xb7 Creating compelling written and visual content, including press releases, articles, leaflets, newsletters, and multimedia materials. \xc2\xb7 Collaborating with internal and external teams to gather and disseminate information. \xc2\xb7 Design and deliver innovative information and communications that support the delivery of events and local projects. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of communication strategies and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. We are looking for someone who: \xc2\xb7 Enjoys working in the community and working collaboratively with others. \xc2\xb7 Enjoys delivering support, by providing information to the public. \xc2\xb7 Is creative, has attention to detail, and can produce high-quality, visually engaging materials. \xc2\xb7 Challenges their own skills and knowledge and engages in continuous personal development. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of UK health and social care systems would be an advantage. \xc2\xb7 Has experience and proficiency in website maintenance and social media platforms.
