Working Hours:



Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle client phone calls and enquiries professionally Process online and phone orders Conduct research to prepare UK and international company reports Input and manage data in internal systems Maintain filing systems and assist with e-commerce operations Collaborate with other departments as needed Support various administrative tasks

What You'll Learn:



UK company law and procedures UK and international company reporting UK and International corporate registry document procurement Legal-related information service provision

Ideal Candidate Will Have:



Admin experience

and accurate data entry skills

Professional phone manner

Attention to detail

Strong

customer service

experience (especially phone-based) Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to a small, growing team Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
