Job Description

Bulletproof, a rapidly growing technology focussed cyber security company is looking for a talented individual to join our growing team as an Information Rights Analyst.


Reporting to our Data Protection Team Manager, the Information Rights Analyst will work to deliver our Data Subject Access Right (DSAR) service. The role centres on records handling including collating, reviewing, and redacting documents in order to provide these to our customers' requesters.


The Analyst will need to have document management skills, fastidious attention to detail, as well as being able to manage their own time and projects, have a good understanding of data protection standards. Due to the nature of the role, the position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously whilst ensuring a customer-centric approach.


Responsibilities:



Collate, sort, and review files provided by the customer; Identify information for redaction, apply these redactions and produce a definitive version for supply to the requester; Act as an SME for all DSAR matters; Work closely with the Data Protection Management team to scope and design projects; Support on other products and projects as and when requested (subject to training, these may include conducting Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) workshops, Freedom of Information (FoI), and data protection gap analyses; Any other appropriate job duties in line with the associated skill and experience of the post holder.

Skills and Experience Required:



Direct experience of records management including application of redactions to documentation GDPR Foundation Certificate or equivalent is highly desirable; Strong Microsoft Office skills; Experience using Adobe Pro
