We are seeking an Information Security Training & Awareness Lead to join our Information Security team on a 6-month fixed term contract to design and launch an Information Security Training & Awareness program. The program requires a pragmatic and behaviour-changing approach, that is suitable for a complex, stakeholder-rich environment-helping to define clear ownership, accountability and metrics.
The InfoSec team prioritises the protection of our people, data, and systems through a proactive approach, leveraging best-in-class technologies and security practices. By fostering a culture of security awareness and staying agile in the face of evolving threats, we ensure resilience and integrity across all operations.
About the Role

• Translate risk into behaviour goals, mapping top threats and incidents to specific behaviour changes and developing a 6-12 month program roadmap.
• Design the curriculum: build role-based learning paths, micro-learning, and onboarding refreshers, delivering multi-channel comms with clear calls-to-action.
• Manage training platforms, configuring our LMS to utilise full functionality, driving engagement through newsletters and notifications.
• Deliver experiential learning, including planning phishing simulations and just-in-time nudges and defining a balanced consequence and recognition model.
• Recruit, train, and enable security champions across the wider organisation; providing playbooks, comms packs, and a cadence of meetups.
• Own KPIs and KRIs (completion, report-rate, time-to-report, re-clicks, data-handling errors, sentiment); building and maintaining an exec-ready dashboard, recommending next steps based on evidence
• Iterate with data, run A/B tests, team analysis, and surveys; incorporate incident lessons learned into content and campaigns.
• Partner widely, working with key stakeholders in InfoSec, HR and Learning teams, Legal, Comms and business unit leaders align tone, timing, and priorities.

About You

• Demonstrated experience of building security awareness programs that have succeeded in complex settings, including handling program plans, dependencies, and risks
• Experience designing and operationalising a consequence/recognition model with proven delivery of behaviour change.
• Great stakeholder management skills, able to influence and earn trust in a cross-collaborative environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on with at least one phishing & training platform (e.g., Cybsafe/Hoxhunt/KnowBe4/Proofpoint/Microsoft), plus LMS and comms tooling.
• Experienced with data analytics (e.g. A/B tests, analysis, funnel metrics).
• Curious and learning-oriented mindset and behavioural science informed (e.g. nudges, social proof, defaults, habit loops)

We operate in a hybrid environment working 3 days a week from our offices in Kings Cross and 2 days a week remotely.
