We are seeking an accomplished

IT Program Manager

to oversee a portfolio of complex, interdependent technology initiatives that support enterprise?level transformation. This role requires a leader who brings structure, strategic alignment, and delivery discipline to multi?stream programs operating across a sophisticated technology landscape.

The ideal candidate combines strong program governance expertise with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, anticipate risks, and ensure that technology investments deliver measurable business value.

Role Overview

In this position, you will provide end?to?end leadership across planning, execution, and governance. You will coordinate cross?functional teams, manage program dependencies, and ensure that delivery remains aligned with strategic objectives. Your ability to communicate clearly at all levels--technical, operational, and executive--will be essential to success.

Key Accountabilities

- Lead and govern multiple IT projects within a unified program structure

- Define program scope, strategic objectives, KPIs, and delivery frameworks

- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, budgets, and integrated timelines

- Drive alignment across engineering, infrastructure, security, and vendor partners

- Oversee risk, dependency, and issue management with proactive mitigation

- Ensure adherence to enterprise governance, compliance, and security standards

- Provide executive?level reporting, insights, and delivery assurance

- Manage change control and impact assessments across all workstreams

- Champion continuous improvement and embed best?practice program methodologies

- Support resource planning and capacity management across the program portfolio

Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in IT program or project management within complex environments

- Demonstrated ability to lead multi?disciplinary teams and manage senior stakeholders

- Strong command of program governance, delivery frameworks, and risk management

- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision?making capabilities

- Comfortable operating in hybrid enterprise settings with multiple moving parts
