What You'll Do

Develop and maintain company-wide information security policies and frameworks (

) Oversee IT operations across our three offices (London, New York, San Francisco), ensuring systems, devices, and networks remain secure and reliable Lead incident response, risk assessments, and security awareness initiatives Manage vendor relationships and evaluate security tools Partner with leadership to align IT and security practices with company goals Build scalable processes that support a fast-growing, global team

What We're Looking For

+ years of IT or information security experience, including leadership in high-growth or tech-driven environments Strong knowledge of network, cloud, and endpoint security (

AWS / GCP / Azure

) Familiarity with key compliance frameworks (

Cyber Essentials

) Experience implementing MDM, SSO, and IAM systems Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical risk into practical action Certifications such as
