About the


We are seeking a new talent to join the Information Technology Operations team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project ISA.

Responsibilities:


As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products, both remotely and onsite. Your will involve supporting configured services running on various platforms while adhering to defined operating models and processes. You will provide hardware and software support, implementing technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas, and for specific software solutions, vendors, and brands. This work includes basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Intermediate proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations is required. Intermediate proficiency in Infrastructure Event Management is recommended. Additionally, intermediate proficiency in Server Architectures and Server Operating Systems is suggested.




Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. Assist in maintaining networking equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Shadow senior team members to perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics while gaining hands-on experience. Support network documentation, asset management, and maintain records of support activities for future reference. Participate in planned out-of-hours support work (evenings or weekends). Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in IT infrastructure. Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and guidelines. Support team members and assist end-users with basic IT/network-related queries as needed.

Requirements:


Essential:


Basic understanding of networking principles (e.g., IP addressing, subnetting, switching, and routing).


Some hands-on experience or exposure to networking equipment (routers, switches, wireless devices, firewalls).


Working towards or already obtained Cisco CCNA certification.


Strong interest in developing a career in networking.


Willingness and ability to work on-site during the initial onboarding and training period.


Flexibility to support occasional out-of-hours work.


Desirable (Not Mandatory):


Exposure to Juniper networking technologies.


Familiarity with Windows Server environments.


Basic understanding of device configuration and how it relates to troubleshooting.
