Infrastructure Architect
Job Description
SC Cleared Infrastructure Architect required to help define and govern technical standards and principles, guide technology roadmaps, and manage technical dependencies across various value streams on a digital Transformation Programme for a Defence client.
You will be proficient in hybrid architectures (on-premise and cloud), cybersecurity, system integration, and infrastructure automation and will have experience working on digital projects with cross-functional teams (Designers, Researchers, UX, Product Owners, Developers). Must have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Familiarity with Defence-specific frameworks (e.g., MODAF, NAF) is very advantageous.
The ideal Infrastrcuture Architect will have experience in implementing enterprise-level architecture in complex, multi-supplier/multi-platform environments. Experience designing and implementing secure systems to meet Government Security Classification and NCSC standards. Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms; on-premise technologies; identity management; storage; networking; and security controls.
