We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure Delivery team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our services.
As a Technical Engineer, you will lead the migration to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online, ensuring a seamless transition for the organisation. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining robust infrastructure technologies such as servers, storage systems, databases, and backup solutions. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, deliver reliable solutions under pressure, and take full ownership of planning, delivery, and performance to meet business needs.
We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and core infrastructure technologies. You should have a proven ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, a commitment to data protection and information security, and excellent communication skills to build trusted relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Adaptability and enthusiasm for driving digital transformation are essential, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment where change is constant.
