This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience who is passionate about maintaining and improving robust infrastructure systems while contributing to data management initiatives.Youxe2x80x99ll work closely with our CTO and engineering team to ensure our infrastructure remains reliable, cost-efficient, and adaptable to meet the needs of high-value users.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, well-funded start-up that is disrupting the global credit insurance industry, growing and developing with the company.Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve existing infrastructure built on AWS ECS with observability tools in place
• Improve automation for deployments and infrastructure management
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline the CI/CD pipeline
• Maintain and enhance monitoring and alerting systems
• Monitor system performance to ensure reliability for high-value users
• Proactively manage alerts, licensing, costs and controls with minimal supervision
• Support the transition into data management by understanding data quality, content and size
• Create and maintain architectural diagrams to document infrastructure systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure needs with product goals

What wexe2x80x99re looking for

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AWS services
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python
• Understanding of SQL for database management and queries
• Experience with provisioning and configuration management tools such as Ansible and Terraform
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Infrastructure knowledge: ansible, puppet, AWS, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools and best practices
• Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering roles
• Exposure to designing or maintaining system architecture diagrams
• Mindset & Attributes:

• A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership
• A team player who exchanges feedback and collaborates effectively
• Detail-oriented with a focus on cost control and operational efficiency
• Nice-to-haves:

• Experience working in fintech or startup
• Familiarity with AI tools or workflows
• A degree in Computer Science or Similar (Optional)
• Experience with Message Brokers, such as Kafka, SQS / SNS or RabbitMQ
