The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading complex crossfunctional programs that align with strategic business goals This role demands a seasoned professional with deep expertise in program and project management stakeholder engagement and organizational leadership The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering largescale initiatives mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement across the enterprise



Key Responsibilities



Strategic Leadership



Define and drive program vision strategy and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals



Influence senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure program success



Program Execution



Oversee multiple interrelated projects ensuring alignment timely delivery and budget adherence



Implement governance frameworks and best practices across programs



Stakeholder Management



Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders



Facilitate executivelevel communication and reporting



Team Leadership



Mentor and guide project managers and crossfunctional teams



Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and innovation



Risk Change Management



Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies



Lead change management efforts to support program adoption and sustainability



Performance Metrics



Define KPIs and success metrics



Monitor program performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
